How we research and publish the reports
- Reporting week: each issue covers the seven days to the Sunday shown as its “week ending” date, and is published early the following week. Issue #1 covered 10–17 July 2026, before the Sunday schedule began.
- Sources: transaction data from the Dubai Land Department and analysts such as Projectory, research from Savills, betterhomes and Property Finder, and Australian sources including the RBA and Smartraveller. Every report links its sources.
- Australian lens: AED figures are converted at the AUD/USD rate stated in each issue, because the dirham is pegged to the US dollar.
- Corrections: if a figure is revised by its source, we note it in the next issue.
Dubai Property for Aussies connects Australians with an experienced Dubai-based property agent. The reports are general information, not financial, tax or legal advice.
