    Where Q3’s Money Went

Off-plan value fell by a quarter. Ready-home value grew 18%.

Savills’ Q3 figures confirm what our weekly reports have been tracking: money is shifting toward completed homes. Ready-property value rose from AED 21.3 billion to AED 25.1 billion, while off-plan fell from AED 61.3 billion to AED 45.7 billion.

    Three Moves for Australian Buyers

    1

Use the Softer Market to Negotiate

With prices easing and sales down on 2025, sellers and developers are more open to offers. Compare recent sale prices, not asking prices, and ask about fee waivers or better payment plans before you commit.

Price In Today’s Rents, Not Last Year’s

Rents in Marina, Business Bay and JVC are 10–13% lower than a year ago. Recalculate yields on current achieved rents. A lower purchase price can restore the yield if you negotiate well. ROI guide →
